My Community Life seeks to create a central hub, bringing together students and young professionals in innovative shared living spaces.

The community will include co-working & commercial areas, as well as access to local wellbeing and entertainment hotspots.

MCL seeks to create an affordable co-living scheme across all major university towns to bring towns students and young professionals in innovative share living spaces.

MCL prides itself on its focus on accessibility in terms of rent level and social spaces with a barista, hang out area, gym and coffee membership, and co-working hub.

What is the ask?

We're eager to team up with universities and councils to tap into unused land resources. Our goal is to collaborate closely with universities, offering temporary land use to empower communities and address housing needs. Leveraging the MetaConnex digital twin planning tool, we can efficiently visualise and implement modular planning solutions on a large scale. Our initiative, My Community Life, is geared towards managing housing supply, planning, delivery, and student accommodations. All we require from you is to identify suitable land to make this community vision a reality.

Joseph is a world leading sustainable technologist, innovator and entrepreneur.
Joseph has led the development of net-zero connected buildings across four continents, raising over £40 million before turning 30.

His journey from teenage homelessness to global recognition includes accolades from the UN and awards for his documentary film. In 2022, he founded Elixr, a venture builder supporting social impact and sustainability entrepreneurs with investments in digital twin technology and EVOTL advancements.
